I have positive relationships with many people but I'll choose three to talk about.
First being my lovely husband! I married him two months ago and I am so in love with him. He is such a loving person. He always encourages me in anything I do. He is positive and does his best to make our relationship a positive one. He is truly my other and better half. From the day we met I noticed how kind, sweet and caring he is. Those characteristics never left him which is why I decided to be with him forever. I honestly don't see myself being without him!
I also have a positive relationship with my two sisters. My older sister has always been a positive influence to me. I always looked up to her as a child. We are only a year apart so we are pretty close. Whenever I am in need of anything she's always there for me. I know I can call her even in the middle of the night. She is a great sister and I know our relationship is only getting better!
My younger sister inspires me. I always look at how much she's grown and the love she has for people. She is usually the one who calms me when I am frustrated by telling a joke or being silly, something she's done as a child. She is 2 years younger than me so we are close as well. She looks up to me for advice which I love to give. Her love and respect towards me has helped to make our relationship better over the years!
The relationships I have with my sisters and husband have helped me to grow in so many ways. Each one of them understand my strengths and weaknesses which can develop into partnerships. They have seen me through tough times and have encouraged me through the good and bad. They are part of the reason I am pursuing my Master's degree.

Having relationships is vital to be an effective early childhood professional. I plan to open a child development center here in the US and back home in Nigeria. I will have to meet with so many people and develop partnerships. Being natural and true will only benefit me in the long run. Learning to deal with different personalities will also be a bonus. I hope that I can continue to make and have positive and influential relationships with people in the future!
